Returns
Any product, except VHS or DVD format videos, purchased on the DTO web site can be returned for a full credit refund—less shipping charges—or exchange within 30 days of shipping. Customers need only email returns@dto.com and indicate that they are returning their product and indicate if they wish a credit or replacement.

VHS and DVD format videos can only be returned for credit if the product quality is unsatisfactory or due to damage. Product may be exchanged for replacement anytime within the normal 30 day time period.

If a product fails to perform in a satisfactory manner after the 30-day period, the customer should refer to the manufacturer's warranty procedures.
